Request - Latvian Paid to Systems

Hello everybody,

My name is Paul and I'm from Poland. I want to apologize that I use English language but I don't speak Latvian, but I see a lot of similiarities between Polish and Latvian and I'm able to read some words (that's how I successfully registrated here ). I have a request for You all. I want to make an internet multilanguage website (for now English, French and Polish) and I want to develop it with support of European citizens from every country and their experiences. I'm going to gather information about foreign (unknown for regular Polish) Get Paid systems (especially PTC and PTR but also Surfbars etc.). I'm politely asking You to reffer me every reliable link for Latvian site You know, I'm interested with Lithuanian, Estonian and Russian sites as well. Of course I need sites which allow me a cash-out via PayPal and e-Gold

Don't be mad if You won't see me at Your refferal list, because I've got a lot of work now but I can promise You'll be soon my upline

I can also add my links to Polish reliable PTR sites and give You translation support if You'll need them. Polish currency isn't profitable, so I added here sites which allow to get paid in Euro

It's bad to hear that, I supposed get-paid enterprises are popular in Latvia (and Estonia as well). So, instead of this fact, can You refer me some Russian websites. I see there are posted few Russian websites, but I don't want to use them because I'm afraid the following post is discouraging and I can sign in non-paying firm.
