I don't know how works transfer, but in LT you can easily move domain on other name after paying year fee.

I never sold any LV domain, so I will help in everything to move and transfer domain if need confirmation by my email etc.

I got answer from NIC.LV. So I will send signed document by email. And original by post.

I live in Sweden so sending by post is 2,5€ extra. So total 52,5. If no other fees.

1) download the form https://www.nic.lv/static/data/fiziskas_personas_iesniegums_FIZ_pers_FIZ.pdf

2) email the filed and signed form to dns@nic.lv

3) send the original form via post to:
